Limited Warranty

Xpece LLC warrants the Xpece ONE drone against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase. This warranty is only valid for products purchased directly from Xpece LLC or an authorized dealer.

What This Warranty Covers

• Manufacturing defects in the drone body, motors, camera, and internal components.

• Failures caused by standard use according to the product’s intended purpose and within the operating guidelines outlined in the user manual.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

• Normal wear and tear (e.g., cosmetic damage, scratches, or scuffs).

• Damage caused by:

  • Improper use, accidents, or neglect.

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.

  • Exposure to extreme environments (e.g., submersion beyond waterproof ratings, excessive heat, or corrosive materials).

  • Use of non-Xpece parts or accessories.

• Loss or theft of the drone or any accessories.
